1. The service

Hello SEO Tools provides free diagnostic tools and a JSON API that analyze publicly available web pages, domain registration records, and DNS data. The service is provided by Hello SEO Tools.

2. Acceptable use

• Only submit URLs and domains you are entitled to check. Do not use the tools to probe, attack, or overload any site.
• Do not attempt to make our servers reach private networks, internal addresses, or non-public services.
• Automated use of the API is welcome at reasonable volumes. Keep requests under a few per second. We may rate-limit or block traffic that degrades the service for others.
• Do not resell the API or present its output as your own proprietary data without attribution.

3. Accuracy and no guarantees

Results are generated automatically from data that changes constantly. They are informational. We do not guarantee that a finding is complete or correct, that following a recommendation will improve rankings, or that a domain shown as unregistered is available. Search engines, registries, and registrars are the authoritative sources for their own data.

4. Intellectual property

The site design, copy, and code are owned by Hello SEO Tools. Results you generate are yours to use. Data returned from registries and public pages remains subject to the terms of its source.

5. Availability

The service is provided as is and may change or be withdrawn at any time. We aim for high availability but make no uptime commitment for the free tools.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hello SEO Tools is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or rankings, arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service, which for free tools is zero.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
